Certification

All of our garments hold a global organic textile standard and we manufacture in an ethical factory in India. We do not support child labor or the use of metal based dyes in clothing.

Payment
We offer secure online credit card payments as well as direct bank deposit options. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payments clearing. 

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping to all customers who purchase three or more items from our website. This also includes purchases of any of our Baby Bundles. If you want to purchase less items and not qualify for free shipping we charge postage and packaging at $4.00 within New Zealand, $10.00 to Australia and $15.00 rest of the world.

NZ Delivery

All NZ orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, then dispatched via track and trace courier. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders of 3 items or more. Every order comes presented to the highest standards in one of our custom jute bags with a gift card. Please supply us with a street address as we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. All rural orders will incur a $5 surcharge.

International Delivery

All international orders with three or more items qualify for free shipping. For Australian orders please allow 3-5 working days and 7-10 for the rest of the world. Pureborn Organic does not take responsibility for any local taxes or duties. Items sent as gifts should not incur any charges so please indicate at checkout if the item is a gift.

GST - Goods and Service Tax

GST is a tax charged on goods and services only within New Zealand, all NZ prices included GST and all other prices are exempt.

Gift Wrapping

All of our products are packaged to the highest standards. We offer a complimentary screen printed jute bag with gift cards to all online orders. 

Sizing

We understand that babies come in different shapes and sizes and how hard it sometimes is to select good fitting garments. We use standard American sizing on all of our garments.

Care

We all live in a busy world and sometimes washing is not high on the priority list, with that in mind Pureborn Organic clothes and accessories are made from pre-shrunk cotton. We recommend washing in cold water and using Eco-store products which are widely available in NZ supermarkets so as not to compromise the integrity of our fabric.

Guarantees and Returns

All products are of a very high standard and are inspected prior to dispatch. If for any reason you not happy with the quality of your order please contact us within 30 days. We accept returns of products in new condition with all labels within 30 days of purchase and are happy to exchange or refund these goods with proof of purchase on a case by case basis.
